Founded in 2014, MCP Consulting began as a cruise industry recruitment agency (Malaysia Cruise Placement) and expanded in 2019 to provide dedicated services for Commercial Vessel (Malaysia Cargo Placement) career development.
Our mission is to guide young Malaysians, especially males aged 18 – 28, into successful maritime careers - even if they have no prior experience. We believe that with the right training, support, and opportunities, anyone can build a rewarding career at sea.
